What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: Hello doctor,
My father is a COPd patient and is currenly down with infection and fever.
Attached is the CBC ( complete blood count) test report.
Kindly advice what should be the next step and what investogations should be done for next stage?

His Haemoglobin is 11.8 gms % --could be better, but not bad.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX saw the report.
His Haemoglobin is 11.8 gms % --could be better, but not bad.
Total WBC--is above normal which is due to bacterial infection.

His platelet count is normal.

I think he needs antibiotic.I do not think he requires further investigations.
Please discuss with your doctor.
