Question : I get bad sleep every night for last two years(like dreaming all night without a break and aware of dreaming ) . Brain fog in day time (confusion, lack of concentration ) .Doctors usually write me anti depression and sleeping pills which never helps. Recently i feel some problem in my stomach (loose motion, sound ).I took my blood test and found deficiency of vitamin D, high uric acid level,high level of SGPT and MCH,RDW-sd .My blood report is attached with this query . What should i do ??

1. Vitamin D supplementation
2. Vitamin B12 supplementation
3. Reduction of fat intake
4. Stopping of alcohol if any (SGPT is elevated)
5. Regular exercise


In addition use zolpidem 12.5 mg for sleep after seeing a doctor.
In addition there is need for stress management.

Definitely sleeping problem can cause sleep disorder as any disturbed organ sends signal to the brain which makes it difficult to sleep.

Regarding your reports they are not normal and there is very gross nutritional deficiency and high cholesterol.
