Brief Answer:
Blood results suggestive of moderate decline in kidney function

Detailed Answer:
Hello .
Thank You for trusting HealthcareMagic

Normal creatinine level in an adult male is 0.6-1.2 and normal urea level is 10-20 mg/dl.
Elevation in Blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in your test results is indicative of moderate decline in kidney function.

In order to access the kidney functioning thoroughly, more investigations are required like Glomerular filtration rate, Urine creatinine, urine creatinine to protein ratio etc.

Cause for decreased kidney functioning like diabetes also needs to be looked for.
Moderate decline in renal function can be treated with proper management of underlying disorder and renoprotective medications like ACE inhibitors (captopril, enalapril are some medications included in class of ACE Inhibitors).

Please follow up with your doctor to discuss the test results and further management.

Hope I was able to answer your question
Please feel free to address any more concerns.
