Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question and your reports.

You have mild iron deficiency anemia. Which is very common. Anisocytosis, pokilocytosis, microcytes all are due to iron deficiency anemia.

So you need to take iron rich food and iron supplements tablets. Nothing to worry much about that. All other reports are normal.

Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
