Brief Answer:
Borderline cholesterol level ,no treatment required as of now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

As per your blood reports you are having border blood cholesterol. You don't need to worry much because the value falls just above the normal range and it can be very well managed by life style modification and dietary changes.
Your total cholesterol is 236 (normal being 200) and LDL is 155(normal is 130 to 160) are borderline high.
Other parameters like XXXXXXX and HbA1c are normal.
As of now no treatment is required. Avoid oily and fatty food. Do regular exercises like swimming and out door games.
Redo the lipid profile after three months , if the cholesterol level still high, you might require drugs called statins.

Thanks
Dr Shina Hussain
