Brief Answer:
Findings doesn't confirm thalassemia trait.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Findings doesn't confirm thalassemia trait.
She is only having mild anemia. It may be due to iron deficiency.
It is important to estimate clinically and family history.

Thalssemia is confimed by electrophoresis, presence of abnormal hemoglobin like fetal hemoglobin, iron status etc.
DNA typing may be needed in certain cases if necessary.

In short,it is not serious. She may only need iron supplemetation.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
