Question : Hi doctor. I had high fever from 2 days and got my blood test done. Attached is my blood report. Can you tell me if everything is fine?

                                    Brief Answer:
Reports are normal.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the details as well as the attached reports. The reports are fine and the fever is likely to be due to a viral infection. In such a case, tepid sponging and paracetamol to bring down the temperature, are likely to be helpful. Irrespective of treatment, the fever may last for 5-7 days.

                                    Brief Answer:
Lymphocyte count is fine. Not something to worry about.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
Rather than the relative percentage of lymphocytes, the absolute count of neutrophils is more important. Since the total WBC count is not raised, I would not worry about it. If the percentage of neutrophil is 75%, lymphocyte count is exactly as it should have been.
I do not think that use of antibiotics was required in such a case. However, if you have started it, please care to complete the course in order to avoid development of antibiotic resistance.
Dolo 650 should be taken only when you have fever.
