Brief Answer:
Its not iron overload.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.

Looking at your report, my opinion is as follows:

Your TIBC is normal, even though your UIBC is low. Along with that a mildly increased iron saturation indicates, only possible chronic inflammation leading to these changed levels.

It is not iron overload. Only borderline variations due to chronic inflammation. Your ALT is only mildly increased, possibly due to alcohol intake or medications or diet change.
Improve your Vit D intake. Take Vit D supplements. Your calcium level is normal, at present, not to worry about it.
Testosterone levels are low, try to improve nutrition and Vit E. It should help.
You do not have iron overload.

Any further queries, happy to help again.
