Question : I am attaching my blood test report. Can you please check and suggest what all is not going good in my blood test report and what medicine should I take?

Hello

Thanks for the query

I have gone through the blood reports and all the parameters are within normal limits. You do no need any medications at the moment. Just follow a healthy lifestyle

1. Exercise daily for atleast 30 min
2. Make sure your food at lots of fruits and vegetables
3. avoid fast food and food rich in fat like pakodas, samosas, etc
