What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question : My daughter has chest infection for over 8 weeks, shes 22 months old. Took her to a doctor and he checked her lung ausculation was normal, also carried out cardiovasular examination which revealed normal 1st and 2nd heart sounds. There was an added ejection systolic murmur for which he will revieew once more, abdominal examination was normal. He sent us away for a blood test and we have the results which highlight the following areas of concern:

HCT 0.312
RDW 15.1
EOSINOPHILS 1.1
BLOOD FILM REPORT - Red cells show anisopoikilocytosis, Elliptocytes present
CREATININE 20
ASPARTATE TRANSFERASE 34
FERRITIN 5
FREE THYROXINE 12.4
