Brief Answer:
You have mild anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your hemoglobin is slightly low. Your RBC count & hct is slightly low. MPV is slightly high but it has no clinical significance. It indicate average size of platelets.

You may have mild blood loss or some iron or vitamin B 12 deficiency. However it is only slightly low. SO nothing to worry and not a serious condition. Please send me your complete blood count report with all parameters and tell em about your symptoms.

If you don't have any symptoms then no actions are needed. Just you need to repeat your blood count after one month.

Hope I have answered your question. If you still have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
