Brief Answer:
Transdermal fentanyl will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your question in detail.

Degenerative changes in your case require careful assessment.

Before considering analgesics for pain management, its important to rule out significant nerve compression secondary to displaced disc.

This should be treated only surgically.

Meanwhile oral pills of Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg and Pregabalin 75 mg will help.

Specifically Fentanyl transdermal patches will help to control pain significantly.

Please check your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.

If possible, kindly upload your spine MRI scan images for further assessment.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
