What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: Hi, could you kindly advise as to whether the following is anything to worry about from a recent health check.
'Minimal fibrosis at both lung apices, no active pulmonary infiltration, lung volumes normal, no active chest disease'

No need to worry for this chest x ray report. Minimal fibrosis at lung apices is normal. It does not indicate any active infection. So nothing to worry about thi.

Actually i have all 3 currently. However, i also have a large white 'spot' on my tonsill and blocked sinuses. Am taking anti inflammatories and avelox as i have had this before. I just wanted to check the xray report with you. As of now i will assume there is no link. Many thanks
