Brief Answer:
Normal echo!

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,

Have gone through your reports of 2d echo

Left ventricular ejection fraction means the amount of blood pumped by left ventricle out of it every time it contracts!
Normal LVEF is 60% and above ,so your ejection fraction is normal.
RWMA means regional wall motion abnormality, heart is divided into different regions and motion of every region is seen .In a normal person every region should have equal mobility, hence no RWMA.

As the age progresses the muscles in wall of the left ventricle undergoes hypertrophy(increase in size) ,mild hypertrophy is normal at a age of 70years.

Heart consists of four valves.Mitral valve is among one of them ,no MR means that valve is functioning normally and there is no back flow of blood through it.
Overall it's a normal echo!

Brief Answer:
PULSE RATE

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Normal pulse rate is between 60-100 per minute there is nothing wrong with it ,please be more specific about what do you mean by voilent.

Blood pressure target is less then 120/70mm of hg. we treat patient not number.Numbers may vary but if a patient is aymptomatic its ok !
a pulse pressure of 60mm of hg (range+_10mm of hg) is normal in old age.

please specify what do you mean by strong voilent.
