Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that these findings do not indicate any serious medical disorder.

I would like to know if you suffer from high blood pressure.

Are you overweight?

A better management of high blood pressure, coupled with some lifestyle modifications ( lose some pounds, perform regularly physical activity) is necessary to slow the progression of these changes.

Anyway, I would like to directly review your echo report for a more professional opinion, if you can upload it.

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
