Brief Answer:
No Ma'am you are not heading for a heart attack, just relax

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have read the Echocardiography details provided by you carefully, am Dr Bhanu partap and am a cardiology practitioner.

From the above details I came to know that you are a 58 years female who have been suffering from Mitral Valve Prolapse from the last 30 years. I would try to simply things point by point for you.

1. First your EF or Ejection Fraction, it's the measurement of your heart function and normal range is between 55 to 70 % so that means your heart is functioning well. And also there are no abnormal movement in any part of heart wall which is very good.

2. Grade 2 diastolic dysfunction is contributed by increasing age as well as when some structural defect is there in heart like MVP which leads to a diastolic dysfunction. It can very well be taken care by medicine.

3. As there is a pro lapsing valve so there will be leakage that's why you are having regurgitation as well as mildly dilated left atrium and ascending aorta due to additional amount of blood coming back from left ventricle in left atrium.

4. Mild TR regurgitation is common in 87 % of general population due to the complexity of Tricuspid valve structure.

No your heart is ok, and you are not going to have a heart attack.
Just keep on following your healthy lifestyle habits and you will be all good.

I hope I have simplified things for you. If you are satisfied you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

I wish you good health

Brief Answer:
No need.

Detailed Answer:
The normal range of pulse rate is between 60 to 100 bpms so yours is staying well within normal range and don't require any meds. Keep up your diet and workout schedules.

Why don't you start practicing Meditation/ yoga regularly it will keep your stress well in check.

Thanks and Regards
