Question: I am an active 44 yo female. 5'8 155 lbs. EKG as follows: Vent Rate: 90 BPM
PR int: 133 ms
QRS dur: 91 ms
QT/ QTc: 353/ 401
P-R-T axes: 66. 83. 79
Sinus Rythem Possible Right ventricular conduction delay [RSR (QR) in V1/ V2
Borderline ECG
Do I need to follow up with a Cardiologist or just dismiss?
