Brief Answer:
Can you please share your ECG?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I wish to know why this ECG was performed in the first place? And can you please share the ECG record here. There is an option to upload reports and pictures on this page.

Left ventricular strain pattern is quite commonly seen with high blood pressure patients. If your father has no chest pain and exercise intolerance / breathlessness upon exertion, this ECG report finding may be irrelevant. However considering his age and past history of high blood pressure, it would be a good decision to perform an echocardiogram as well as threadmill test if not angiogram. Those test will help us identify any serious problems if any.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
My comments remain same...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Breathlessness upon exertion is a symptom of cardiovascular. Therefore it needs to be evaluated further. Visit his cardiologist and discuss about echocardiogram / TMT / Angiogram.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
