What Does This Endoscopy Scan Report Indicate?

Question : Please according to endoscopy scan l have Antral gastritis and the findings are :
Antrum:gastritis
Esophagus: erosive oesophagitis.
Please l have these medications that am taking 1. Taxin_clarithromycin 500mg
2.nexium 20mg
3.Amoxicillin 500mg.
Please you advise me on other things that can help me to cure this issue.

I am sorry to see that you are suffering from gastritis and erosive esophagitis. Both of these entities is caused by acid eating the lining of your esophagus and stomach. The medications you are prescribed will help to cure you from the gastritis. A few other things tt help are as follows.
1. elevated the head of your bed with bricks this help keep acid down and prevents the esophagitis.
2. don't eat large meals, eat small meals and more frequently,
3. Avoid alcohol, avoid NSAIDs like aspirin and ibuprofen,
4. Lose weight if overweight
