Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. Your bilirubin level is related with XXXXXXX syndrome. It is not harmful. There is nothing to be worried about that.
2. With regards to Alt level I can say that it may be related with :
- medication used such as pain killers, antibiotics or other chronic treatment
- fatty liver
- alcohol use before the test.
3. You are reporting to have had 159 LDL and VLD 29. It is not too high level , your cholesterol level is moderate elevated . This is why to my opinion you can try diet and lifestyle changes to improve your lipid profile.
4. You are reporting to have done all liver test and everything came back normal.
I need to know which exams you have done?
Did you perform hepatitis exam, autoimmune test ? If yes please upload them to me so I can check them by myself.
Hope it was helpful to you!

Hi back,
Thank you for providing more of your medical data.
Othwerise to my opinion you need to be examined with autoimmune test to rule out autoimmune hepatitis.
Meantime I suggest to quite alcohol and have a healthy diet.
After 12 weeks you should repeat Alt level.
Hope it was helpful to you!

Hi back,
As you prescribed you have done almost all liver exams and every thing came back normal.
At this point to my opinion there si nothing to be worried causing your mild accassional elevated ALt level.
With regards to bilirubine level it is probably related with Gibert syndrome.
Please try to firget liver issues and wnjoy your life.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
ALt is specific for liver issues , instead of AST that may be related with muscles too.
Otherwise your ALt level are not clinically significant elevated, this is why to my opinion there is noyhing to be worried.
Wish you health.
