Sorry for the long delay in my response.
You should wait for rupture atleast 36-72 hrs.after taking injection but usually we are giving 10000unit of hcg( hucog) injection.
If follicle does not get rupture after reaching appropriate size that means it is not responding to hcg injection ( resistant to it).
If follicle does not get ruptured than it may regress spontaneously and attain its normal size but you may get delayed menses due to anovulation.

You are most welcome.
As you are seeing darker line in opk and still not ovulating ,I can understand your situation.
But maybe your results is false positive means it is not due to LH surge which further cause ovulation but it is only due to high level of LH in your blood.
Actually it can only detect LH level in your blood and if it is positive that does not mean that you definitely ovulation in future.
LH level can be high due to lot of stress, in PCOD and in patients taking siphene( as in your case).
So please do not take any stress,it will further decreases your fertility.
