Brief Answer:
Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX .

Thanks for asking to healthcaremagic..

I have gone through your query and lab reports..

You seem to have developed polycystic ovarian syndrome.

The following suggestions would help increase the chances of conception..

1)Weight reduction---> Drugs like metformin would help, increased physical activity for 40 minutes daily, dietary restriction(avoid high carbohydrate and fatty meals)

2)Clomiphene(clomid) ---> This drug is commonly used for treating infertility related to PCOS..It acts by inducing the maturation of follicles and ovulation..

There are also other drugs mostly of hormonal injections or tablets(Duphaston,Inj.FSH etc) and techniques like IUI,IVF that are done later or if you fail to conceive with conventional therapy..

You can discuss this with your gynecologist who would be well aware of these treatment options than me and further proceed..

Wish you all the best

Regards
