Brief Answer:
You can get pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXXX
Msf means multiple subcentimeter follicles which means follicles of less than a centimetre size, too small to measure on ultrasound, which is there in right ovary.
Since follicles in left ovary are more than one centimetre and left fallopian tube is intact so there are good chances of getting pregnant.

There are chances, you should consult your gynaecologist because unruptured follicles can be ruptured and ovum released with certain drugs like HCG.

Fruitful Sexual act during this period is advisable and there are good chances of conception.

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I appreciate your concern
AKT3 contains rifampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol which is used for tuberculosis infection of the fallopian tube.

Here I would like to know have you undergone testing for tuberculosis or hysterosalpingography, if yes than upload me the reports.

Itching can occur as a side effect of AKT 3 so you need not to worry.
You can take anti histamine group of drugs for itching.
You can ask your doctor why he has prescribed you AKT 3 as such it is not prescribed routinely for all cases of infertility.

Hope this answers your question

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
I had gone through your reports
Mountoux test is negative and there is no evidence of tuberculosis infection in your fallopian tube as per HSG report.
In my opinion you don't require to take AKT3, however I would advise you to discuss it with your doctor on what basis your doctor had advised you for AKT3.

Your hemoglobin is low so you need not to take iron and multivitamin supplements and diet rich in iron like green leafy vegetables and meat, fish and egg.

your urine is showing pus cells so I would advise you to have plenty of fluids

Hope this answers your question
Please fell free to ask for further clarification
Best wishes
