Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX welcome back to HCM,

I've gone through all your reports, first of all let me assure you that most of your parameters are just at excellent level, stay healthy and maintain lifestyle the way you're doing right now..

It's just a marginally increased RDW level, which needs some attention(though not very major), just go for a complete Iron profile along with Vit-B12, Folate and Vit-D3 level assay(that's all that is needed for the time being), if there's any deficiency found then supplementation will be required accordingly..

If all of them found normal then nothing to worry, just maintain a good healthy diet regime, daily work-outs, timely eating, avoid consuming junk/processed foods, ensuring a healthy 8 hr sleep routinely, that'll do..

Let me know if there's any further queries..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Thank you :)

Just to clarify, the tests you are recommending are... Iron profile, B12, folate & D3. Will the lab folks know them by same name or do I need to mention any othertechnical names?

Brief Answer:
certainly they'll, if it's a state of the art facility..

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXXXXX

Yes, these are all universal medical terminology and every state of the art facility is well familiarized with them..

Just mention them as I've mentioned, (like it's "Vit B12, Folate and Vit-D3" and not "B12,folate & D3"- alterations of capital and small alphabets, inappropriate short forms often changes meaning and causes further confusion..
