Question: The doctor (neurologist) advised that it requires operation for the report attached. I would like to have second opinion in this regard

I saw the pic.

Meningioma requires surgery to avoid complications like seizures etc

There is a propability of Hemangiopericytoma which require surgery with no second thought. Its fast growing, so its better to get it resected.

Do not rely on radiology report, show scan film to neurosurgeon.
