Brief Answer:
Better to have a cesarean section

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query to HealthcareMagic,

I have read your question and reviewed your attachment.

It's better to go for the Cesarean section because :
From your description, attachment and your history , there's enough eye issues.
Vaginal delivery can be associated with further eye complications

Hence as your doctor have rightly suggested you for a Cesarean section he/she have had reasons.

Please be calm and take it easy.

Hope I was helpful.
Feel free to get back to me in case of any further queries, I'll be glad to clarify.

Best regards
