What Does This Free T4 Value Of 0.06 Indicate?

Question : My thyroid function test has said my TF4 has come back as 0.06 I have had an under active thyroid for 30 years and been on 100mg of thyroxine. I have aching muscles and burning in my knees have I gone over to overactive thyroid?

Noted your concern. Was it your FT4 which was 0.06 or TSH?
if your FT4 was 0.06, that means you are under replaced with levothyroxine. Of your TSH was 0.06, then that means you are over replaced.
