Brief Answer:
Possible relapse of H pylori gastritis?
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have gone through your earlier reports in detail.
You seem to have a release of H pylori Gastritis.
It is very important that you get a complete repeat endoscopy freshly.
This will help to document new change s if any.
You may require complete retherapy.
As of now, I strictly advise you to not to eat any junk food.
Take oatmeal twice daily.
Consume fruits like apple and pomegranate.
Elevate head end of bed by 30 degrees.
Update me recent test results.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
