Brief Answer:
You may have iron and vitamin B12 deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your complete blood count is normal.
You have anisopoikilocytosis. It means you have variations in size of rbcs. You have microcytic rbcs suggest iron deficiency and macrocytic rbcs suggest vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency.

You should go for serum iron, ferritine and vitamin B12 level to confirm thf diagnosis.
Then you should take ferrous sulphate or ferrous fumarate, folic acid and vitamin B12 supplements according to need.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your iron study is normal. Your vitamin B12 level is at low normal range. So you should take vitamin B12 supplements. No any other treatment is required at this stage.
You should repeat your complete blood count after a month and check the improvement. If it doesn't respond to treatment then you should go for further investigation accordingly. Right now no need to worry. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
