No,you are not suffering from anemia.Findings are absolutely normal.
Hemoglobin level and RBC count is within normal limit.
MCV is towards lower limit.It can be considered as normal.
MCH is mildly decreased.It is not concerning.
Normal hemoglobin and RBC count excludes anemia.
Rest of the findings are normal.

Though in the strictest sense you're not anemic.But mildly low MCV and MCH may be due to low serum iron.Serum iron and ferritin level are not estimated in your case.
You should take iron rich foods like meat,chicken,green leafy vegetables,jaggery,dates etc.
You can also take short course of iron and folic acid tablets.
