Brief Answer:
Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you.

The fact remains that the hemoglobin is an important resource for every person. It is the main oxygen carrying organelle in the body.

Low hemoglobin can be classified as mild, moderate, or severe. Yours would be a moderate anemia.

The point is that now we have to find out why you have developed anemia. That will decide if there is something to worry about.

I would suggest that you try to upload the entire report. Please use the feature available to upload reports on the right side of this query page. That way I will know what has already been done so that I don't suggest repeat tests. That will also give me some more information on the possibilities.

I would suggest testing iron, ferritin, TIBC and vitamin B 12 and folate levels. And I hope that you are not bleeding from any site.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
