Question : this was my report after laparoscopy .can u explain the same?

The report shows corpus luteum cyst in the left ovarian tissue, which is normal if pregnancy is there.
Endometrium shows decidual tissue, which is present there is any ectopic pregnancy is there.

that means I had an ectopic pregnancy.I had my laparoscopy done.so now when can I start planning to have my child again?
