Question : I got ed problem. Iam attaching the scan for the penile doppler study. Doctor suggest me shock wave 6 session. Can i be benefitted. Tell your suggetion. Thank you.

Thanks for the query
I have gone through the report attached which shows vasculogenic ED Shock wave therapy is a recently introduced mode of treatment . It's effectiveness is still not established and a subject of active research Initial data does indicate improvement in erection but There are limitations of high cost and recurrence after 1 year . I recommend counselling and drug therapy as first mode of treatment
