Question : C-4-C-5
Disc and osteophyte change obliterates the anterior and partially efface the posterior subarachnoid space.
L4-L-5 dorsal disc bulging left neural foraminal narrowing.
L5-S1 midline disc protrusion contacts the ventral surface of the dural sac and the transiting right S1 nerve root.
Muscle weakness, numbness, deep back pain and neck pain, both arms effected, both legs effected. Muscle Twitching
Arms and legs deep aching.
Doctor says I have neuropathy.
But doesn't think it's coming from spine.
Can this neuropathy be coming from spine?

Brief Answer:
Neuropathy isn't coming from the spine.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
These imaging studies findings may be only partially responsible for your symptoms, peripheral neuropathy refers to other conditions
Conditions related to peripheral neuropathy include diabetes, viral infections, low vitamins B group, alcohol use, autoimmune diseases, side effects of drugs, etc.
Discuss with your Doctor about getting tested further in order to find the cause of neuropathy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
