ok
Brief Answer:
More reports needed
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I received some of the reports by email.
But the liver function test report is missing. Please upload the complete liver function test here.
With whatever reports I have received so far, it looks like you have chronic liver disease. You need to quit drinking alcohol.
I need to go through the liver function test report to decide about the treatment and whether you need any more tests.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Brief Answer:
Autoimmune/Metabolic workup
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for uploading the liver function test.
Your liver enzymes are elevated which indicates that your liver is damaged.
Your albumin globulin ratio is more than 1 which means you do not have chronic liver disease. But the elastography value indicates significant damage to liver has occured probably early phase of chronic liver disease.
Tests are to be done to find the cause.
Common causes like hepatitis B and C are negative. Though alcohol can cause this, the liver enzyme pattern does not indicate so.
Autoimmune and metabolic work up to be done.
If these tests are also not showing anything significant, then we can consider fatty liver disease as the cause.
You can discuss with your doctor about the above mentioned tests.
Meanwhile consider weight reduction if obese and quit alcohol ( if you have this habit).

Dr.R.K.
