Premarin does not lower kidney function.

Both diabetes and hypertension are contributory factors towards affecting renal function, adversely.

Creatinine is a reliable indicator of kidney function. Elevated levels of creatinine signifies impaired kidney function.

Please state your creatinine and BUN levels to determine whether the kidney function is impaired.
