What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

need further investigations as well as clinical evaluation..
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your mother..
I've reviewed the images, but it'll be really helpful if you can upload it in English as I can't read this..
As per your description, the diffuse increase is mostly indicative of fatty changes in liver, good to know there's no intra or extra hepatic biliary ductal dilatation or no hepatitis either..
This needs a complete clinical examination by preferably a gastroenterologist along with several other investigations (eg. Liver Function test, Lipid profile, FBS, PPBS, HbA1C, Urine Routine Micorscopy etc.)..
So please let me know, if at all any of those investigations done so far (if yes then the reports)..
Does she have any past/present medical/surgical ailments ?
Any particular medication currently taking for any health concern ?
The assessment of severity depend on all of these factors cumulatively, thus a thorough clinical examination as well as correlation with these reports is necessary by the Gastroenterologist, so I'd suggest you to please schedule the appointment for this..
These are all salient features, which don't appear abruptly unless very significantly altered or get complicated along with any other disease process (that's why individuals don't often feel them)..
Let me know if there's any further queries, I'll be glad to clarify..
Let me know how she stays in the due course..
Take Care
Kind Regards
