Brief Answer:
Some precautions are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should :-
1. Avoid alcohol as its adverse effects are seen on liver. An Ultrasound of abdomen should be done for further evaluation.
2. Avoid oily and fatty foods. Increase fiber and salads in your diet.
3. Restrict your salt intake.
4. As per your recent reports, avoid citrus fruits for a few days (due to high potassium).
5. Regular aerobic exercises should be done.
Sodium and Potassium levels should be repeated again within 2-3 days of salt and dietary restrictions.
Lipid profile should be repeated after about 6 weeks of dietary and lifestyle changes. If it is still not in normal range or increased, medicines like Atorvastatin 10 mg along with Fenofibrate should be started at night. I would advise that you should first consult your treating doctor before starting any medicine.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Regards.
