Question : Result from fish shows as below
Cells analysed thru interphase and gestation age is 19.5 weeks.
nuc ish 13q14 (LSI 13X2) 50 cells
nuc ish 21q22 (LSI 21X2) 50 cells
nuc ish 18q14 (LSI 18X2) 50 cells
nuc ish Xp11.1-q11.1(CEPX) & nuc ish Yp11.1-q11.1 (CEP Y)X2 50 cells

Could you please help me out in decision to go a head or not

I think your report is normal. You can continue the pregnancy. There is no chromosomal abnormality.

Get a level 2 scan done to rule out congenital malformations. Talk to your doctor regarding this.
