Brief Answer:
If this is an incidental finding, ignore. Otherwise, see a urologist!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this finding and all the disturbing thoughts that this has caused you. If this was an incidental finding, meaning it was found without any symptoms or concerns related to the kidney, my suggestion is that you do nothing at this time about it. This is because most small calculi would pass out with urine and need to aggressive medical intervention. Drinking enough water may just be enough to address this. Drink at least 2liters of water daily to help maintain a good urine flow volume daily.

If you have symptoms like pain of poor kidney function, please see a urologist for more action on this. Could you also upload the full report for a more thorough review and insights?

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
