Brief Answer:
Please, you need good diabetes and cholesterol management!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these various disease conditions that you are battling with. I have reviewed your results fully. Please, your primary care doctor needs to help you in getting these numbers right. If nothing is done, believe me you would be having serious complications related to diabetes, bad cholesterol and hypertension.

My plan would be:

1. Get you diabetes well controlled. This can be done by a diabetologist or an endocrinologist. This is very important. In addition to drugs, regular physical exercise, healthy diet, fruits and vegetables would make the process easier. The goal of your A1C should be <7 of which you are at 10.6 right now. This is a very bad sign.

2. Talk to your cardiologist and make sure that the blood pressure is well managed. I can see you are on a series of drugs already. I will also recommend that he considers placing you on a statin for high LDL and low HDL values. Also, avoid excess fats and salt in your diet.

3. Take your health serious. Like i mentioned, there would be huge consequences sooner than later if you do not work hard with your doctors on getting the numbers right. No alcohol, No smoking and regular exercise.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
