Brief Answer:
Presently no need of medication, but regular exercise and proper diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know why the investigation was done?
Do you have any symptoms?

In the absence of any symptoms or in the absence of Medical illness, presently lipid lowering drugs are not warranted.

You also need to exercise daily which should include brisk walking for atleast 30 minutes a day. Avoid junk food, oily food, potato, rice.Take more of fibers and fruits in diet. Repeat the investigation after a month. I also would suggest you to avoid smoking and alcohol if you do. If you follow this, you won't require medication for cholesterol further.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
