Brief Answer:
Mild Dyslipidaemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. From your Lipid profile there is mild dyslipidaemia. Total cholesterol Ideally should be kept below 180 even though norm is below 200. Triglyceride is increased and is borderline high. Better to keep it below 150. VLDL is also raised . It should be kept below 30. LDL is in optimal level. HDL if it is higher than 50 it is better.

High Triglycerides can be due to taking more sweets , high sugar and fine carbohydrate foods , foods containing trans fats like margarine which is an usual ingredient of most bakery and fast foods , chips etc. So those should be avoided or decreased. Take lean meats and lean chicken like chicken breast. Taking oily fish like mackeral , sardines etc is good. If you don't like fish you can go for omega 3 supplements.
Have at least one hour exercise daily. Jogging or walking with 8 km per hour speed is good. Take citrus fruits like orange or lemon. Use cooking oil with high PUFA like olive oil or sunflower oil.
After 1 month of these measures check your cholesterol level. If it is again high then you can take low dose statins.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Dear Doctor,

Thank u very much. I am really happy with your reply doctor. I will administer ur advice and it will do good, I am sure.

Doctor, Is it because of this that I am panting much when I do exercises. I have a little bit fatigue too. This slightly affects my daily life and I have become lethargic. My life is stressful due to work pressure and that may also be a reason. Indigestion and lack of concentration are some other problems. Hope I will get a clarification from you on these too. I intend to close this discussion with your reply to this. Once again thank you very much doctor.

Brief Answer:
Explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

Your blood pressure is 103/64. It is lower than normal. But if your usual pressure is that and you feel well then it can be your normal pressure. But the symptoms you mentioned shows that your blood pressure is lower. It can be due to insufficient intake of fluids and electrolytes. Taking soups with salt , tea , coffee etc will be helpful to normalize this and relieve your mentioned symptoms. Your Dyslipidaemia is mild so most likely Low Blood Pressure is the cause of all these symptoms.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
