Brief Answer:
Life style modification and few medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the readings of the tests you have posted.

SGOT, SGPT Total cholesterol, LDL, Tryglycerides are out of range. The readings of bad cholesterol are around maximum. This indicates you are at high risk of cardiac diseases especially risk of heart attack. You may also get hypertensive and diabetic if continued with the same food habits and diet.

Due to high cholesterol, liver also has taken a hit, hence the raised SGOT and SGPT levels (liver enzymes). This can present as mild fatty Liver in Ultrasound scan of the abdomen. I recommend you get the same done sooner to rule out the same.

I would strongly recommend you to visit your treating doctor who shall advice cholesterol lowering agents like Rosuvastatin and liver protectives like Sylimarin.

There is a very crucial need for life style and diet change.

Low fat, low spice and low carbohydrate diet is what you should continue with. Also lowering the salt intake helps.

Have to get engaged in regular exercise. A minimum of 40 minute walk and 30 minutes of stretch workout is essential.

This is where the codnition can be considered reversible. Once the effects of the above problems are noted in heart and blood vessels, the management becomes difficult.

Also do get your blood pressure checked regularly.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
