Brief Answer:
Needs to no medicine but lifestyle modification

Detailed Answer:
hello,
The reports is not significantly abnormal, there are minor abnormalities like mild triglycerides elevation and other which can be a normal variants as everyone's report may not fit into the boundaries which are mentioned there. No medicine are required just for this report, we will call it as slightly abnormal or between normal and abnormal values, but needs precautions which I ll suggest.
Now further treatment depends on other things like if you have high bp, family history of heart disease, smoking, chest pain on exertion etc.if you have any of these risk factors then you should start yourself started on medicine like atorvastatin 10 mg bedtime which will have beneficial effects on lipid profile and also heart attack Lowering effect.
You should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly. Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity at least 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. There shouldn't abdominal fat deposition or obesity. Get your lipid profile and sugars tested once..
