Hi,

Thanks for your question on HealthcareMagic and I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned you are overweight[BMI-29] so you need few lifestyle changes. Please send your lipid profile report if you have as mentioned but I could not find it here. Please discuss with your nutritional expert to make a chart for you as per your choice and make goal for at least 5% reduction of your weight. Do exercise 30 mins per day to balance your weight. Along with diet and exercise in your case a weight loss medications can be added like [ORLISTAT] 60 mg after meal and for it you do not need any prescription.

Do take other medication as per your doctors advise and keep a track on your weight. Please send your lipid profile report.

Hope that helps

“As” per your medical report talk with your doctor to add [atorvastatin]and this is an anti lipid prescription medication to lower cholesterol level & regarding your blood reports do a bone marrow biopsy to rule out high red blood cell and high platelet counts.

Hope that helps

Hi,

Thanks for your follow up reply

As per your lipid profile report, you are taking right medication and please continue with it. But you've also send me all your reports and in those other previous reports, you have high RBC, low MCH, Low MCHC, high platelet count and high ESR readings. So to rule out blood disorder I suggested to do a biopsy. So, if at present, you have no clinical signs and symptoms then nothing to be worried at all and no further investigations are required.

Hope that clears your doubt
Regards

As per your lipid profile report, you have mild high cholesterol and LDL so you can take only [lipicure] which contains [Atorvastatin].

No need to worry.

Thanks
