Well it's a mild elevation in the liver enzymes suggestive of Mild Hepatitis. First of all we need to find out the cause for this . It could be due to viral infections , alcohol intake or due to certain medicines.
Hence I need to know whether you are having any symptoms like Fever/ Abdominal pain/ Loss of appetite ?
Any habit of alcohol intake ?
Any medicine intake ?
Kindly revert back with these details for further advise.

There is no pain
Yes i was a into drinking vodka for last 4 yrs 5 large pegs in daily basis
But frim last 2 weeks no vodka in take
I m just drunking beer pls advis

Well I am of the opinion that you liver enzymes are elevated due to your alcohol intake ( even beer can cause it )
But as said before its mild elevation. I would recommend to abstain from alcohol and the enzyme levels shall come back to normal in 2-3 weeks.
There is no need for medications as of now.
