Brief Answer: hi and welcome Detailed Answer: It means that there is certain degree of liver damage, probably just fatty liver but the exact cause of it should be evaluated by further tests such as ultrasound or ct scan. Fatty liver means that liver is enlarged and fatty and this is caused by obesity, hyperlipidemia, high sugar levels, smoking, certain drugs. If you regulate these factors then your liver findings will improve. You should also check your viral markers just to rule out hepatitis infection. all in all, this is still not indicating serious liver problem but frequent blood check ups and ultrasoind are necessary. Wish you good health. Regards
