Brief Answer:
GIVE HER ANTIBIOTICS; FOLLOW AS ADVISED

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
The microbiology report says no growth of organism after 48 hours. This means that there is no infection. But if there is associated symptoms like frequent micturition, burning sensation while urinating, mild fever etc then antibiotics should be given for a 5 day course. You have also mentioned that she is having urinary infection, and the urine analysis reports you have attached clearly suggests urinary tract infection. So a proper treatment with antibiotics is necessary.
Also give her plenty of oral fluid.
Keep genital cleanliness.
Give her citralka or urine alkaliniser as you were giving.
Give her levofloxacin tablet 500mg twice daily for 5-7 days. This is a prescription drug and you need to consult a doctor for prescription.
Get a repeat urine analysis done after 10 days to assess the effect of the antibiotics.

Consult me with the reports and follow as advised.
Hope i have answered your question.
If you have any further questions i will be happy to help.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Coconut oil is effective

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Chyluria is presence of chyle in urine.
It is very commonly associated with filariasis and also can occur in tension, anxiety etc.
Treating the cause is important, which your doctor must be doing. Also, cooking in coconut oil as suggested is effective as it has medium chain fat which are easy to absorb. Low fat and high protein diet is effective. Sclerosing lymphatic channel is the last option which is rarely needed.

Wish her good health.
