Hi Sir,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have seen through the attached picture and it appears that there is what can be called as an increased uptake in the bones with so significant uptake in the soft tissues and kidneys.

I would request for additional information regarding the symptoms you have been having and any xray, CT scan or MRI scan of any part of the body and details of your recent consultation with your doctor regarding possibility of Pagets or bone cancer and history of any significant illness that you have been having in recent months to weeks.
